Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your digital item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your digital item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You'll need to provide proof of purchase.

If your refund request is approved, we'll process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions: Please note that certain digital products may not be eligible for refunds, such as personalized items or products that have been substantially utilized or downloaded.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period: If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your digital order within 14 days of purchase without providing any reason. To cancel your order, please contact us at lifeforbooks@proton.me. Please note that this cooling-off period may not apply if you have already started downloading or accessing the digital product.

Refunds: We will notify you once we've processed your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at lifeforbooks@proton.me.
